Checkers (Local Multiplayer Only)

It's checkers. No bot or anything, just local multiplayer checkers.

Ngl, this was a C# assignment from when I was in college.  I was really proud of this one, because the instructor pointed out that only half of the tiles are actually used, so even though it would be easier to code with an 8x8 array I made it work with a 4x8 array.  (I just wish auto correct was applied to strings in VS, because what is spelling?)
